KKI acts as an export trading company facilitating the procurement, packaging, logistics coordination, and international shipment of goods from Pakistan to international buyers. Specific terms for each transaction — including pricing, quantity, delivery schedules, payment terms, and applicable certifications — will be set out in a separate written agreement, purchase order, or proforma invoice issued by KKI.
All prices displayed or quoted are subject to change without notice until confirmed in a formal written agreement. Prices may be quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), US Dollars (USD), or other mutually agreed currencies.

KKI reserves the right to withhold shipment until payment has been received and cleared in accordance with the agreed terms.
KKI ensures that applicable export certifications and compliance requirements are met for relevant product categories (e.g. Halal certification for meat products). However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that imported goods comply with all applicable laws, standards, and import regulations in the destination country.
Once a formal order has been confirmed in writing, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to qaiser@kki.com.pk. KKI reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred. Cancellations are subject to approval and are not guaranteed once production or procurement has commenced.
All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and the overall design — is the property of Karakoram International or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
